Intake Process & Authentication

When we receive a physical watch, we follow a standard intake procedure. First, we collect detailed information about the watch, including its year of production, condition, and any accompanying items, such as the original box, papers, and archive documents. We then conduct a comprehensive authentication process to ensure the watch’s authenticity; this includes packaging verification, component checks (dial, bezel, case, and bracelet) for originality, and metal and gemstone testing if necessary. Once these checks are complete, the watch is securely stored in a waterproof Pelican case inside a Diamond TDR Series TRTL30x6 Safe. This safe is located in a fully insured facility backed by Berkley Asset Protection and secured by DGA cameras and sensors. The facility is situated within a building maintained by 24/7 armed security, with a track record of over 40 years without armed robberies.
